We could not have had a better experience! Whitney made scheduling easy and made sure to communicate when the guys would arrive. Justin went above and beyond to get everything replaced as quickly as possible. It was a quick and easy process and a very clean install. Very happy with their work and will continue to use them for ongoing maintenance!

My ac compressor went out I called Justin he came out confirmed it was my compressor he checked my whole system he found several problems we decided a new unit was my best option instead of patching problem after problem after one day Justin and his crew was at my house had the old equipment out and new equipment in within a day he gave me several upgrades and new returns for the air handler Justin and his crew was very professional. The job was one of the cleanest installations I've ever seen not to mention the great deal I was given for the whole installation I am beyond happy with the service I received from them. Talking to Justin and Whitney I was treated more than fair. I would recommend them for any service you should need they really care about the work they do and it shows.

He figured out the issue very quickly and explained it in detail and gave us all of our options. Maner AC continues to provide the best, most efficient and professional service I’ve ever experienced. I called to schedule an appointment shortly before closing at 6:30 pm and Justin was at my door the following day just before 10 am. Justin is great at what he does and keeps me in the loop during each of his visits so I always know what’s going on. Could not recommend Maner enough!

I had Maner come out and take a look at my return and just make sure it was correct. We bought our house remodeled and it didn’t look right to me. Justin was super professional and probably could have squeezed some money out of me. Instead, he looked over everything got up in the attic and said everything looks as it should. He walked me outside and showed me what could potentially happen, and what to do if it does. Great people, and a great company.

Can't say enough good about this young company. I was in a real predicament with a bad ceiling leak in my rental property which needed immediate attention. I called Justin and Whitney Maner first thing in the morning and he was already booked, however, he made a quick trip to the home to make sure that no further damage occurred.. He then did his appointed job but came right back to finish the work at my house. I am truly grateful that they considered my situation and went out of their way to take care of my very stressful situation. They are wonderful. Thank you so much!

Our A/C stopped working and Justin made room for us the next morning and fixed everything. They are very friendly, punctual, and professional. He found the root of the problem and had our AC blowing again in no time. He also double checked in multiple places (vent, side unit, attic etc.)to make sure there wasn’t anything else going on and cleaned out parts around the AC unit that were affecting the AC. We appreciated the thoroughness. He uses American made parts, not the cheaper ones we had previously, that were continuing to fail. We will definitely be using them and referring friends to them. Another Bonus- they are a local, family operated business.

Great service! Highly recommend. My A/C was 20 years old and just a few days prior to having many guests at my home it decides to give me fits. I called several A/C companies but could not get a technician out to look at my system timely much less repair it in my needed timeframe. I called Maner Heating & Cooling and Justin arrived in about 30min. Justin did a fantastic job of diagnosing my system, informed me that my current return vent was half the size it needed to be, answered all of my questions and gave me everything I needed. On top of that, he understood my situation and was willing to bend his schedule to get me up and running with a new unit prior to my guests arrival. I asked Maner Heating and Cooling to come out and perform an annual maintenance inspection on my HVAC system. Justin, was very friendly and professional. He explained all the checks he did and walked me through the complete diagnostics. He ended up finding that the capacitor was about to give out and completed the repair right on the spot. This would have been awful to have go out with a house full of kids in the middle of summer. I highly would recommend them if you are in the market for outstanding customer service and a thorough job. Ask about the priority care membership, ended up saving me some additional money today.
